Muhammad Hisham Mahar obtained a foundation degree in Business, Law and Social Studies from Liverpool John Moore’s University before graduating from Oxford Brookes University in 2015 with an Honors degree in Law. After returning to Pakistan, Mr. Mahar joined the litigation division of a major law firm where he gained experience in all sorts of litigation related work. He was enrolled as an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan in 2018. He regularly practices at the High Courts and Subordinate Courts of Sindh and assists Mr. Shah before the Supreme Court of Pakistan in various contentious matters pertaining to Constitutional, Civil, Land, and Criminal law. Before the formation of the firm in 2020, Mr. Mahar was already working as an associate to Mr. Shah at the Office of the Advocate General, Sindh where the latter was serving as Additional Advocate General. His core areas of expertise include constitutional law, land law, civil and criminal matters.
